On October 30, 2025, Amazon Games published an open letter to the community on their official website. It states that no new content will be developed after Season 10. The live servers will remain online until the end of 2026.

Am 30. Oktober 2025 verkündete Amazon Games das Ende der aktiven Entwicklung von New World. Season 10 mit dem Titel Nighthaven wurde als letztes Inhaltsupdate veröffentlicht.
